As the Home Care Registered Manager, you will lead domiciliary care services and a Day Centre, ensuring regulatory compliance and person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership for domiciliary care and Day Centre services
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and the Health & Social Care Act
- Manage care planning, risk assessments, and rota management
- Supervise staff, manage performance, and meet KPIs
- Collaborate with leadership and partners to deliver high-quality care
- 2+ years as a registered Home Care Manager in domiciliary care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Deep understanding of CQC regulations and the Health & Social Care Act
- Proven track record in care planning, risk assessment, and rota management
- Strong leadership, performance management, and engagement skills
- Clean driving licence and access to personal transport
