Pivotal People is recruiting for a Senior Specialist Speech and Language Therapist on behalf of our client in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join a specialist multidisciplinary service supporting adults with acquired brain injury and complex needs. The successful Senior Specialist Speech and Language Therapist will manage a complex caseload, deliver specialist assessment and intervention, and work closely with the wider team to support rehabilitation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a specialist caseload of adults with acquired brain injury and complex needs
  • Deliver speech and language therapy assessment, intervention and care planning
  • Support communication needs and dysphagia management
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, families and carers
  • Contribute to service development, governance and quality improvement
  • Maintain accurate clinical records, reports and recommendations

Skills and Experience Required

  • Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Dysphagia competencies
  • Experience working with adults in a neurological or acquired brain injury setting
