Location: near Reigate, RH2, Surrey - set in beautiful countryside
Salary: £55,000-£60,000 (DOE)
Type: Full-time, permanent (40 hours; mainly Mon-Fri with occasional clinical cover/on-call)

You’ll lead day-to-day operations, drive clinical governance and CQC compliance, mentor the team, and stay visible on the floor.
