As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own the technical success and real-world application of the platform across a number of our largest customers. This is a highly strategic, customer-facing engineering role focused on building, deploying, and iterating on solutions. You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into production-grade systems that influence real decisions.

- Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
- Scope and break down ambiguous, high-impact problems into solvable components.
- Design and build production-grade systems (APIs, data pipelines, integrations).

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior engineers, architects, and executives.
- Translate customer use cases into actionable product and engineering insights.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap and capabilities.
- Help define and scale how this technology is applied across industries.
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE A STEM degree.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals (Python, TypeScript, or similar).
- Experience building backend systems, data pipelines, or distributed systems.
- Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and modern infrastructure.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with minimal structure.
- Strong communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles (FDE) is beneficial but not required.
