What You’ll Do:
- Partner with founders to tackle complex, high-impact challenges
- Analyse problems, synthesise insights, and turn strategy into action
- Drive projects end-to-end with autonomy and initiative
- Organise and prioritise multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment
- Learn across all areas of the business and contribute to key decisions
- Support the building and scaling of a high-growth startup from the ground up
What We’re Looking For:
- Recent graduate or 1–3 years of experience with high ambition and energy
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
