We're looking for SMB Account Executives.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closes.
- Engage senior decision-makers throughout the consultative sales cycle.
- Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success and Marketing to maximise deal success.
- Join at the perfect stage of growth - late enough to have proven product-market fit, early enough to benefit from meaningful equity, accelerated career progression and significant upside.
- Average quota attainment across the global sales organisation sits at 146%.
- The UK team consists of just four Account Executives, with every rep either achieving or significantly exceeding quota. Year one earnings of £200k-£250k are the norm for successful Account Executives.
- Work alongside proven leadership that has helped scale some of the world's most successful technology companies, including Uber, Palantir, Ramp, Navan and Clic.

- Experience managing consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Experience selling AI, HRTech, productivity software or adjacent SaaS solutions is advantageous.
