Customer Success & Adoption
- Build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Lead health checks, workshops, and reviews to drive adoption and retention.
- Identify risk early and execute clear get-well plans.
- Align platform capabilities to customer architecture and business outcomes.
- Act as the primary technical and strategic contact.
Expansion & Solutioning
- Partner with Account Executives to drive account expansion.
- Deliver high-impact demos, technical presentations, and walkthroughs.
- Run evaluations and proofs-of-concept to validate new use cases and ROI.
- Translate business challenges into scalable automation solutions.
Technical Leadership
- Own technical escalations and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
- Manage multiple customer initiatives and priorities.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues at a high level.
- Represent the customer internally with structured feedback.
Your Experience
- 3–5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (SE, TAM, Consulting, CSE).
- Enterprise software experience (cloud, ERP, databases, integrations).
- ERP knowledge required; SAP experience a plus.
- Java, ABAP, SQL, or similar preferred; AI/LLM exposure a plus.
- Strong communicator with technical and executive audiences.
- Comfortable managing multiple initiatives; willing to travel ~20–40%.
