What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with founders to tackle complex, high-impact challenges
  • Analyse problems, synthesise insights, and turn strategy into action
  • Drive projects end-to-end with autonomy and initiative
  • Organise and prioritise multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment
  • Learn across all areas of the business and contribute to key decisions
  • Support the building and scaling of a high-growth startup from the ground up

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recent graduate or 1–3 years of experience with high ambition and energy
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong academic background, ideally from a leading university
