Responsibilities:
- Build credible, data-driven ROI models and executive-ready business cases supporting £200K–£1M+ enterprise deals.
- Lead customer discovery with operators, technical teams, and executives to uncover and quantify value drivers.
- Run value-focused customer sessions and support POVs/POCs with clear, measurable success criteria.
- Partner with Sales to deliver repeatable value frameworks, benchmarks, KPIs, and executive-level storytelling.
- Identify patterns across customers, regions, and use cases to refine ICP and go-to-market value messaging.
- Feed customer and market insights back to Product, Engineering, and Marketing to influence roadmap and positioning.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years’ experience in value engineering, management consulting, presales, or solution consulting.
- Strong track record building software ROI models and business cases for senior stakeholders.
- Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying cycles.
- Advanced analytical skills, including Excel and/or financial modeling.
- Clear, concise communicator able to translate complex operational problems into business outcomes.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and creating structure where needed.
- Customer-facing, commercially minded, and action-oriented.
