The Opportunity

Join a high-performance commercial function where data, optimisation and automation directly influence revenue outcomes. In this role, you will:

  • Own revenue operations across a high-growth commercial organisation
  • Drive commercial performance through insights, automation and smarter systems
  • Partner directly with senior leadership in a flat, agile environment
  • Play a leading role in a major CRM transformation programme
  • Shape reporting, workflows, dashboards and commercial processes end-to-end
  • Take on high-impact commercial initiatives with clear, measurable outcomes

This is a hands-on IC role for someone who’s commercially minded, technically capable and obsessed with operational improvement.

Responsibilities

Commercial Performance & Insight

  • Manage sales performance and reporting across key commercial metrics
  • Build, refine and scale dashboards, scorecards and performance models
  • Identify trends, opportunities and risks ahead of time
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders

Automation & CRM Ownership

  • Lead the optimisation of internal workflows and reporting structures
  • Work with developers and a systems integrator on a new CRM implementation
  • Identify automation opportunities to streamline recurring processes
  • Improve data cleanliness, consistency and visibility across the organisation

Operational Excellence

  • Reduce friction across commercial teams through smarter tooling and processes
  • Support go-to-market and trading initiatives with data-led insight
  • Own ad hoc commercial projects that directly impact revenue
  • Build assets, playbooks and frameworks that enable commercial teams to self-serve

Collaboration & Influencing

  • Partner with commercial, marketing and partnerships teams
  • Work closely with senior leadership on commercial strategy
  • Influence decision-making with structured communication and problem-solving

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in RevOps, commercial operations or a similar function
  • Strong commercial mindset with an instinct for identifying growth opportunities
  • Deep knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar)
  • Skilled in dashboards, reporting, Excel/Sheets and BI tooling
  • Familiarity with SQL/Python a plus (but not essential)
  • Proactive, analytical and capable of thinking creatively about complex problems
  • Comfortable being hands-on in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively
