Responsibilities
- Retail Media Strategy & Growth
- Support the development and execution of the Retail Media roadmap.
- Drive strategic initiatives that accelerate Retail Media growth and commercial performance.
- Identify new monetisation opportunities across audience, advertising and partner propositions.
- Contribute to the evolution of Retail Media products, capabilities and commercial offerings.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Commercial and Partnership teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Lead projects from concept through to execution, ensuring alignment across multiple business functions.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making across the organisation.
- Remove blockers and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Commercial & Operational Excellence
- Help develop scalable Retail Media operating models and ways of working.
- Support pricing strategy, measurement frameworks and reporting capabilities.
- Drive governance across strategic programmes and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
- Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence across the Retail Media function.
Your Profile
- Experience within
Retail Media, Commerce Media, Ad Tech, Digital Commerce or Marketplace environments .
- Strong understanding of Retail Media operating models and commercial ecosystems.
- Experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Data and Commercial teams.
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and driving change in fast-paced environments.
- Passionate about building new capabilities and helping businesses scale.
Experience working within a Retail Media Network, retailer, commerce platform or leading Ad Tech organisation would be highly advantageous.
