Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise paid acquisition activity across key digital channels, with a strong focus on Meta.
  • Build, test, and improve Shopify landing pages to maximise conversion performance.
  • Develop and manage email and SMS automation programmes.
  • Drive creative testing and collaborate with external creative partners.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement improvements quickly.
  • Support additional channels including Google Ads, Amazon, and emerging acquisition opportunities.

Your Profile

  • Experience delivering growth within a DTC, consumer, or eCommerce environment.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in paid social and performance marketing.
  • Comfortable owning the full customer journey, from acquisition through to retention.
  • Commercially focused, with a strong understanding of CAC, LTV, and scalable growth models.
  • Naturally proactive, adaptable, and energised by fast-paced, entrepreneurial businesses.
  • Embraces AI and modern marketing technology to improve efficiency and performance.
