The Opportunity
Join a growing London team as they continue to expand across Europe.
Own and develop relationships with major international brands, using ecommerce, media and competitive data to help clients understand performance, identify opportunities and make better commercial decisions.
You’ll work across proprietary commerce technology and media platforms, connecting ecommerce and category intelligence with media performance to provide clients with a much broader view of what is driving growth.
Take genuine ownership of your clients in an entrepreneurial environment where you’ll have the autonomy to develop strategy, challenge thinking and identify opportunities for growth.
We’re hiring at both Account Manager and Senior Manager level, so we're open to different levels of experience.
Responsibilities
- Client Strategy & Ownership
- Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of international clients.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and become a strategic partner to their businesses.
- Understand clients’ wider ecommerce and commercial objectives rather than looking at individual channels in isolation.
- Present insights, recommendations and strategic opportunities to client stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve, expand and grow client relationships.
- Data, Ecommerce & Insights
- Analyse ecommerce, media, category and competitive data to uncover meaningful insights.
- Translate complex datasets into clear commercial recommendations.
- Build compelling presentations, forecasts and client stories.
- Use data to identify performance opportunities, risks and areas for growth.
- Help clients understand the wider commercial impact of their ecommerce and media activity.
- Media Strategy
- Support the development and delivery of media strategies across ecommerce and digital channels.
- Work across retail media, paid search, DSP/programmatic and other relevant media platforms.
- Understand how media strategy translates into execution and performance.
- Partner closely with colleagues across media and ecommerce to develop joined-up client strategies.
- Senior Manager Level
- Take full ownership of more complex strategic client relationships.
- Consult confidently with senior client stakeholders.
- Own client health, satisfaction and senior strategic conversations.
- Identify commercial growth, expansion and upsell opportunities.
- Mentor and support more junior members of the team.
- Help shape wider account strategy while remaining comfortable getting hands-on when required.
Your Profile
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
- Highly analytical and comfortable turning data into insights, recommendations and compelling presentations.
- Experience across ecommerce, digital media, retail media, consumer insights or a related environment.
- Some genuine media experience or exposure, whether across retail media, paid search, programmatic/DSP, social or broader digital media.
- Commercially minded with an interest in understanding the wider client and business challenge.
- Collaborative, proactive and comfortable operating with significant autonomy.
- Comfortable taking ownership beyond a narrowly defined job description.
- Experience within Amazon or Retail Media is advantageous but absolutely not essential.
- Open to candidates from agencies, ecommerce and data consultancies, consumer insights businesses, retailers, technology businesses and other relevant environments.
