The Role
This is a hands-on programmatic planning and activation role, managing campaigns end-to-end — from briefing and strategy through to optimisation, reporting, and client presentation. You’ll work closely with the digital, planning, and data teams to deliver high-performance programmatic campaigns that align with broader media strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, executing, and optimising programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs (ideally DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP)
- Translating client briefs into data-driven programmatic strategies
- Managing campaign setup, tagging, tracking, and DCO implementation
- Leading client-facing performance reviews and post-campaign analysis
- Maintaining strong relationships with tech, data, and media partners
- Supporting measurement frameworks, attribution modelling, and test-and-learn approaches
- Participating in cross-channel media planning, onboarding new clients, and contributing to pitches
Your profile:
- 4+ years’ experience in programmatic trading
- Strong technical understanding of DSPs (in particular DV360 and The Trade Desk), audience targeting, and tracking systems
- Analytical mindset with experience using reporting dashboards and brand uplift studies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident managing clients and internal stakeholders
- Passionate about media innovation and continuous learning
