The Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Strategic Ownership
- Lead on the channel roadmap: structure, bidding models, audience strategy, and keyword segmentation.
- Align PPC performance to broader business objectives (e.g., subscription growth, ROAS, CPA, LTV).
- Design and implement testing frameworks for ad copy, bid strategies, and landing pages.
- Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and Performance Max.
- Continuously optimise performance based on CTR, CPA, ROAS and conversion metrics.
- Own campaign monitoring, daily optimisation, and performance reporting.
- Confident with tracking setup, attribution models, and conversion funnels.
- Analyse large data sets using Excel, pivot tables, and dashboards in Looker Studio.
- Collaborate with data and product teams to integrate insights and refine strategy.
- Work cross-functionally with growth, product, and content teams.
- Be the go-to PPC expert: make decisions, drive results, and champion best practices.
- Communicate performance updates and growth plans to stakeholders at all levels.
Your Profile
- 3–4 years of hands-on PPC experience across Google Ads and Bing.
- Track record of owning and scaling campaigns with measurable impact.
- Expert in Google Ads, Bing Ads, GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
- Strong grasp of attribution models and performance marketing metrics.
- Proactive, curious, and excited by the challenge of being the sole PPC specialist.
- Passion for education and mission-led organisations is a plus.
