The Opportunity
- Take ownership of end-to-end campaign execution across programmatic and paid social channels.
- Manage and mentor junior team members while contributing to a high-performance operations function.
- Work across leading platforms including DSPs and social channels, gaining broad technical exposure.
- Play a key role in delivering performance-led campaigns for well-known brands and diverse sectors.

Responsibilities
- Execute and optimise campaigns across DSPs (e.g. DV360, Amazon, Yahoo, Beeswax) and social platforms.
- Manage trafficking, pixel implementation, QA, and campaign setup from start to finish.
- Build dashboards, deliver reports, and present insights to internal teams and clients.
- Monitor pacing, performance, and delivery to ensure campaigns meet KPIs.
- Identify optimisation and revenue growth opportunities across accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and campaign efficiency.
Your Profile
- 2–3+ years’ experience in programmatic trading, media buying, or agency-side activation.
- Strong hands-on experience with DSPs and campaign setup/optimisation.
- Solid understanding of paid social platforms (Meta essential; others beneficial).
- Confident working with data, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Comfortable joining client calls and presenting campaign insights.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
