The Opportunity
- Take ownership of high-profile internal creative projects seen across the entire business
- Work directly with senior leadership on company-wide presentations, campaigns and cultural initiatives
- Help shape the visual identity of a fast-paced and highly creative organisation
- Lead and mentor a junior video editor while collaborating with wider creative and brand teams
- Be involved in exciting projects including office refurbishments, internal events and large-scale company meetings
Responsibilities
- Design engaging presentations, internal communications and branded visual assets
- Lead creative concepts from idea through to delivery across digital, print and motion formats
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to bring key business initiatives to life visually
- Oversee creative direction for internal video content and campaigns
- Manage multiple fast-moving projects while maintaining exceptional design standards
Your Profile
- Proven experience in a senior design role within a fast-paced creative, agency or media environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing presentation design, branding and multi-channel creative work
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and managing changing priorities
- Previous mentoring or management experience is beneficial but not essential
