Our client is one of the UK's leading consumer technology businesses, currently undergoing a major digital transformation as it evolves into a modern, technology-led marketplace.

Backed by significant investment, the business is investing heavily across Product, Data and Consumer Growth, with CRM identified as one of its biggest commercial growth opportunities.

As part of this investment, they're looking to hire a Senior CRM Specialist to help build and optimise a best-in-class lifecycle CRM programme, working alongside the CRM Manager to deliver highly personalised customer experiences that drive engagement, retention and commercial growth.

The Opportunity

  • Play a key role in developing testing frameworks, automation and segmentation strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and optimise CRM campaigns across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation.
  • Build and maintain automated customer journeys using Braze or an equivalent CRM platform.
  • Develop audience segmentation and personalisation strategies to improve customer engagement.
  • Plan, execute and analyse A/B tests to optimise campaign performance.
  • Work with Product and Data teams to improve customer journeys and identify new CRM opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations based on customer insight.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately through robust QA and campaign governance.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of CRM processes, automation and best practice.

Your Profile

  • Experience within CRM, Lifecycle Marketing or Customer Engagement roles in a consumer-facing business.
  • Hands‑on experience using Braze or a comparable CRM platform.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, customer journeys and marketing automation.
  • Comfortable using customer data and campaign performance to drive continuous optimisation.
  • Naturally curious with a passion for testing, experimentation and improving customer experiences.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Data or Engineering teams would be highly advantageous.
  • Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments where ownership and initiative are valued.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
