The Role
As a Senior Creative (Art), you’ll bring bold ideas to life, leading the visual direction of campaigns across a diverse portfolio. You’ll collaborate with strategists, copywriters, designers and producers to ensure high-quality, culturally relevant creative work.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Lead ideation, concepts and art direction for campaigns across social, OOH, experiential, digital and beyond.
- Produce moodboards, references, storyboards and treatments.
- Set and maintain visual standards and brand guidelines.
- Oversee design workflow and provide feedback on creative output.
- Direct and collaborate with production partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Provide art direction on shoots, from props and casting to photography and film.
- Present ideas and visuals to clients, winning approval for creative direction.
- Stay ahead of design and cultural trends, ensuring work feels fresh and relevant.
