About the Agency

I am working with an independent, integrated creative agency that delivers imaginative and impactful through-the-line campaigns for some of the world’s biggest and most exciting brands.

We forge our own path, value good people as much as great minds, and create authentic, resonant campaigns that cut through culture.

The Role

As a Senior Creative (Art), you’ll bring bold ideas to life, leading the visual direction of campaigns across a diverse portfolio. You’ll collaborate with strategists, copywriters, designers and producers to ensure high-quality, culturally relevant creative work.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

  • Lead ideation, concepts and art direction for campaigns across social, OOH, experiential, digital and beyond.
  • Produce moodboards, references, storyboards and treatments.
  • Set and maintain visual standards and brand guidelines.
  • Oversee design workflow and provide feedback on creative output.
  • Direct and collaborate with production partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Provide art direction on shoots, from props and casting to photography and film.
  • Present ideas and visuals to clients, winning approval for creative direction.
  • Stay ahead of design and cultural trends, ensuring work feels fresh and relevant.

About You

  • A confident creative leader who thrives on collaboration but can also work independently.
  • Curious, visually astute and culturally plugged-in.
  • Strong communicator who listens deeply and builds great client relationships.
  • Equally comfortable shaping big ideas and rolling your sleeves up in the craft.
  • Experienced in art direction across a wide variety of media: social, digital, OOH, activations, film and more.
  • Brings energy, optimism and a touch of magic to the room.

Benefits

  • 28 days holiday + birthday + UK bank holidays + 3rd Jan off
  • £100 home office setup budget
  • "Work the World" policy: work anywhere for 6 weeks/year (approval required)
  • Enhanced new parent package + family-friendly leave policies
  • Paid leave for grief, women’s health, fertility, transitioning, surrogacy
  • Twice-yearly babysitting or pet-sitting support
  • 5% pension matching
  • Life and sickness insurance
  • 3-month sabbatical for long service
  • Profit-linked bonus scheme
