The Opportunity
- Take full ownership of organic social, DTC channels, and community engagement.
- Support paid social campaigns and performance tracking across Meta and search.
- Work directly with the Senior Brand Manager to influence brand growth and tone.
- Build meaningful relationships with top‑tier customers and partners.

Responsibilities
- Create, plan, publish, and edit content across social media and owned channels.
- Manage the content calendar in line with seasonal moments, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Respond to and engage with the community, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Optimise and report on paid social campaigns, feeding insights back into creative.
- Use DTC channels to communicate brand storytelling and loyalty initiatives.
Your Profile
- 1‑3 years’ experience in brand, content, growth, or DTC marketing (FMCG, lifestyle, food & drink preferred).
- Hands‑on content creator with Meta Ads and performance analysis experience.
- Strong copywriting instincts, commercially aware, proactive, and curious.
- Comfortable in small, fast‑paced teams with the energy to make things happen.
