We're partnering with a leading network agency to find a
Paid Search & App Downloads Director to join a specialist performance team working on one of the world's most recognised subscription-based digital entertainment brands.
This is an opportunity to lead global app acquisition activity across multiple European markets, managing high-performing teams while shaping best practice across paid search, app store marketing and mobile measurement.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the planning, delivery and optimisation of Mobile App Install campaigns, ensuring best-in-class execution, tracking and reporting across international markets.
You’ll work closely with both onshore and offshore teams, leading campaign strategy while collaborating with platform partners and measurement providers to drive performance.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the delivery of global Mobile App Install (MAI) campaigns across Paid Search and App Store channels.
- Managing and developing onshore and offshore account teams.
- Driving campaign strategy, optimisation and performance reporting.
- Working closely with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) to ensure robust tracking and attribution.
- Supporting activity across Search, Social and Display acquisition campaigns.
- Defining and implementing best practice for app growth and measurement across multiple international markets.
About You
We're open to speaking with candidates who are either
- A dedicated Mobile App Installs (MAI) specialist, or
- A strong Paid Search professional with hands-on experience supporting app acquisition campaigns.
Experience with the following is highly desirable
- Google Ads
- Apple Search Ads
- Microsoft Ads
- Mobile attribution and measurement platforms
Experience working on subscription-based apps or digital products (such as streaming, entertainment or membership platforms) would be a distinct advantage.
