Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 + OTE

Overview

Our client is a rapidly expanding social publisher in the fashion and beauty space. They create engaging, influencer-driven content that encourages women to discover and shop the latest high-street trends. Known for their expertise in producing viral videos, their content garners over 50 million monthly views on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Their audience, primarily Gen Z and Millennial women, is highly active, and their list of commercial partners continues to grow as brands seek to collaborate with them.

The Opportunity

As the Sales and Partnership Lead, you will be a vital member of the Commercial team. Your primary focus will be to drive new business opportunities across a range of brands, both directly and through agencies, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Commercial Director in shaping and executing the business strategy, identifying new revenue streams to surpass individual and organisational goals.
  • Deliver compelling pitches to agencies and brands, including those new to the company.
  • Leverage insights to craft persuasive pitch materials that showcase the company’s commercial potential.
  • Maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure high retention rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, acting as the primary resource for social media strategies and market insights.
  • Adopt a consultative approach to client needs, demonstrating expertise in interpreting briefs and delivering tailored, results-oriented solutions.
  • Facilitate internal brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for proactive and reactive opportunities.
  • Develop and present innovative solutions to clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and refine strategies to enhance future pitches and partnerships.
  • Oversee the ad booking process and maintain a well-managed sales pipeline.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in digital media sales, particularly in social and video.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and their revenue-generating potential.
  • A track record of securing large-scale business deals.
  • A robust network of industry contacts.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Skilled in creating and delivering presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Canva.
  • Ability to turn data and research into actionable insights.
  • Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders under pressure.
  • A results-driven, analytical mindset.
