This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised Project Manager to lead complex digital projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and play a key role in shaping operational excellence across a dynamic and forward-thinking business.
The Opportunity
- Lead the delivery of complex digital projects from planning through to execution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams spanning marketing, creative, data and technology.
- Drive process improvements and introduce new ways of working to enhance efficiency.
- Play a key role in supporting business growth through exceptional project delivery.
- Mentor and support colleagues to build project management best practice.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve delivery challenges proactively.
- Develop clear project roadmaps, milestones and action plans.
- Track performance and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
Your Profile
- 3+ years' experience in project management or delivery-focused roles.
- Experience working within digital, marketing, technology or agency environments.
- Strong understanding of digital channels including paid media, creative and data-led projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organised with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with project management and reporting tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
