Develop and mentor a growing team of programmatic experts. Collaborate closely with other leaders to shape and elevate our client’s digital future. Responsibilities: Create data-led programmatic strategies to drive measurable growth. Oversee technical setup and optimisation across multiple DSPs, including DV360 and StackAdapt. Spearhead “test and learn” initiatives to refine creative, data use, and measurement. Cultivate relationships with clients and partners to align on strategic goals. Manage and scale the programmatic team, fostering skill development and knowledge-sharing. Your Profile: 5+ years of agency experience with hands-on DSP knowledge (DV360, AdForm, etc.). Proven success in designing, implementing, and optimising multi-channel programmatic campaigns. Strong technical understanding of programmatic tools, pixels, and tags. Skilled at client presentations and translating business goals into media strategy. Passionate about mentoring and developing team members.
