Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

The Opportunity:

  • Work across major consumer brands including app and subscription-based products
  • Manage significant paid media budgets across search, social and app acquisition
  • Gain exposure to app-focused growth marketing and mobile performance strategy
  • Take ownership of campaigns and client relationships early in your career

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and app-focused channels
  • Support app and web acquisition activity across multiple client accounts
  • Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations
  • Manage reporting, pacing and budget optimisation across accounts
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to support campaign strategy and growth

Your Profile:

  • Experience within paid search or performance marketing, ideally agency-side
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta
  • Exposure to app campaigns, Apple Search Ads or mobile acquisition is beneficial
  • Confident working with data, reporting and performance analysis
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable in a client-facing environment
  • Curious, proactive and keen to develop within a fast-paced agency setting
