A leading digital food brand is entering a high-growth phase and is now looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to scale acquisition across its web and app products. This is a strategic and hands-on role for a data-driven performance marketer who thrives in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments. You’ll take full ownership of user acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and more - working closely with Creative, Product, and Data teams to deliver scalable, efficient growth across multiple markets. You’ll have the chance to grow performance spend from an existing £150k monthly budget, launch creative testing workflows, optimise CAC and LTV, and expand internationally into the US, Canada, and Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Scale acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads for web and app platforms
- Lead a structured, data-driven creative testing process to surface and scale high-performing ads
- Expand paid media activity across international English-speaking markets (US, CA, AUS)
- Own end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimisation with full budget responsibility
- Monitor and improve subscription metrics including CPA, CAC:LTV, CVR, and ROAS
- Analyse and optimise performance using tools like Appsflyer and other attribution platforms
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency using AI tools and automation
- Optimise user journeys post-click, from landing page to trial start
- Navigate attribution and performance across dual-platform ecosystems (web + app)
- 6+ years in performance marketing, ideally for a D2C or consumer app with a subscription model
- Proven hands-on experience scaling Paid Social campaigns on Meta and TikTok
- Strong analytical mindset with deep familiarity with CAC:LTV and mobile/web acquisition metrics
- Proficiency with tools such as Appsflyer, Google Sheets/Excel
- Ambitious, curious, and eager to lead in a fast-moving, founder-led business
