A leading global media network is seeking a Performance Managing Partner, EMEA to oversee digital activation across 34 European markets for one of the world’s largest facecare and CPG brands. This senior leadership role drives digital excellence, performance innovation and operational consistency at scale.
You’ll lead a team of 30 digital specialists plus a 25-person delivery hub, partnering with global and regional leaders to shape the next phase of digital transformation across social, programmatic, search, display and ecommerce.
The Role
- Lead regional digital activation and performance strategy across paid social, search, programmatic, display and connected commerce
- Manage senior client stakeholders across media, analytics, creative and market clusters
- Drive the regional digital agenda, defining priorities, workstreams and innovation initiatives
- Ensure operational excellence, KPI delivery, optimisation and multi-market consistency
