I am recruiting for a 6-month FTC Performance Director role with a global network agency, leading Programmatic and Paid Social activity across a major skincare and healthcare client. This position requires on-site presence in London three days per week.

About the Role

The agency is looking for a Performance Director to oversee the EU Social and Programmatic team and deliver best‑in‑class digital activation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the EU Social and Programmatic team across a flagship client
  • Owning campaign delivery from planning through to reporting
  • Driving excellence across paid social and programmatic activation
  • Ensuring delivery against client business objectives
  • Providing hands‑on technical guidance across key biddable platforms
  • Coaching and developing a team of specialists
  • Championing modern account operations, including automation
  • Collaborating effectively with offshore delivery centres to support the onshore team
