Our client is a fast-growing, international media agency renowned for its work in the e-commerce space, with a client roster spanning some of the most recognisable names in retail and media. Traditionally built on paid search excellence, they are now investing seriously in paid social - and this is the role that will lead that charge.

The Opportunity

  • Take ownership of paid social strategy for the UK team, working primarily across Meta and TikTok
  • Join a flat, senior structure with no layers of bureaucracy and genuine scope to shape the function as it scales
  • Play a leading role in defining how the agency's social offering evolves, backed by an organisation investing seriously in this space
  • Build a direct relationship with platform partner teams, including exposure to industry events

Responsibilities

  • Define and embed best-practice ways of working for paid social across the agency
  • Translate group-level social strategy into UK execution
  • Provide senior strategic direction on top-tier client accounts
  • Stay ahead of algorithm shifts, new features and social commerce trends
  • Support new business pitching for paid social
  • Collaborate closely with search, programmatic, creative and SEO teams

Your Profile

  • Deep, expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
  • A track record of shaping social strategy and best practice, not just executing campaigns
  • Confident managing senior client relationships and stakeholders
  • Agency background strongly preferred
  • Genuine curiosity about how AI is changing paid media
