Media Planning Manager (Business Director-level) β at a very unique, in-house agency (12 month FTC) An exciting media planning opportunity has arisen at one of the worldβs most unique set ups. They are an in-house agency, which are market leaders in leveraging 1st party data and are at the forefront of innovation. The role is a 12 month contract position and provides a unique opportunity for someone with strong media planning experience to work with some of the biggest global brands! It offers unrivalled access to customer data and a platform that provides exceptional exposure; where a small team can make a significant impact on multi-million pound brands. They are looking for someone who is passionate about the craft of media planning, and is happy being hands on, with experience of working on CPG / FMCG clients, who is keen to thrive within one of the most exciting and competitive sectors out there β retail media. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Media Planning β define and own the planning process, ensuring that it delivers insightful, full-funnel marketing strategies for clients. Work with cross-functional teams to provide best-in-class planning. Build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders to drive test-and-learn frameworks and innovative solutions. Manage a selection of key clients, including global brands across FMCG and CPG sectors. You\βll need to be comfortable with hands-on tasks like putting together decks, responding to briefs. Lead and mentor one direct report, fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment. Your profile: Proven experience of delivering best-in-class media plans, either from a media agency, media owner, or client-side. Strong understanding of customer journeys and media environments, particularly in digital and retail media. Experience of working on CPG / FMCG clients will be a necessity for this role. Ability to build strong working relationships and manage senior-level client stakeholders. Excellent written, and verbal communication skills, to allow you to pitch and present to senior stakeholders. Ability to utilise data to full effect and help inform and drive media plans.
