Salary: £35-40k + Excellent Benefits

One of my favourite clients; an award-winning independent media agency with a great reputation, are currently looking for a Media Planner Buyer to join their talented team. They are a fast-growing agency, with a very strong, exciting client roster in place across charity, auto, sports/tech clients that punches well above its weight. They really look after their team and have created a lovely collaborative culture which fosters career progression.

They are looking for a Media Planner / Buyer with a couple of years’ experience who is keen to take on more autonomy (with support).

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Planning and buying across paid social, digital, and offline media channels
  • Leading on day-to-day client activity and mentoring junior team members
  • Working closely with clients, media owners, creative partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Developing smart, effective campaigns that make a genuine difference
  • Contributing to new business pitches and helping shape media strategy

Your profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in media planning and buying ideally from a media agency setting – they would consider someone who only has planning experience
  • A strong track record of delivering campaigns that drive measurable impact
  • Hands-on experience in paid social (e.g. Meta Ads, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) would be advantageous, but not a must have
  • A flair for innovation and a hunger to test and learn
  • A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills

Why This Role?

You’ll be working on a mix of charity and commercial clients, including household names and cause-driven organisations. Think well-known UK charities alongside high-street consumer brands – so you get purpose and punch in your portfolio. This is your chance to be part of a fiercely creative, highly respected team that doesn’t shy away from bold ideas and brave decisions.
