With an established leadership team, strong commercial performance and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking to appoint a Marketing Director on a 9-month maternity cover contract.
The Opportunity
- Lead an established marketing function of 17 people across Brand, Content and Digital
- Take ownership of marketing strategy execution within a highly respected luxury consumer brand
- Operate in a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Managing Director
- Work within a collaborative, high-performing environment with experienced leaders already in place
- Drive continued commercial growth whilst maintaining brand excellence across all customer touchpoints
- Lead a sophisticated marketing function spanning content, CRM, website, digital marketing, performance marketing and customer experience
- Play a key role in aligning marketing activity with sales, operations and commercial objectives
- Oversee a flagship editorial publication alongside wider content and brand initiatives
