Pivotal are partnering with a leading talent management agency on a Head of Brand Partnerships/ Business Development Director role. After a strong three years of growth, they are looking to hire a commercially driven Business Development Director to help take the agency to the next level. No previous talent management experience is needed.

They are open to candidates from PR, social, influencer, or talent agency backgrounds, provided you have a strong track record of winning new business. This could include securing retained PR projects, winning social or influencer campaigns, or developing brand partnerships for talent. They are open to a Business Development specialist, or someone who is doing business development as part of their wider role. They also have lots of warm leads, owing to being a subsidiary of a wider agency.

Traditionally the agency has focused on fashion, beauty, luxury, and culture, and has worked with brands including: Nike, Foot Locker, Prada, Porsche, PANGAIA, New Era Cap Company and Wimbledon.

This would suit a senior PR, social, influencer or talent management candidate, who has strong business development experience and is looking for a brand new challenge.
