The Opportunity

Meta Ads Manager and being keen to develop your platform skills.

Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day organic social activity across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In and other relevant platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging social content, including copy, graphics and short-form video.
- Assist with Meta paid campaigns, including audiences, budgets, creative testing and performance monitoring.
- Support community management, content calendars, reporting and campaign analysis.
- Work collaboratively across social, paid media, PR and digital activity for multiple client accounts.
- Use performance insights to understand what is working and contribute ideas for future campaigns.
- Develop your knowledge through hands‑on training and support from experienced team members.
Your Profile
- Around
1–2 years' experience in social media, paid social, digital marketing or a similar role.
- Some hands‑on experience with organic social and/or paid social .
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager is important - you don't need to be an expert, but you should understand how the platform works and have some practical exposure.
- Creative, curious and interested in understanding both what makes content engaging and what makes campaigns perform .
- Strong communication and copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Organised and comfortable working across multiple clients and deadlines.
- Agency experience is desirable, but relevant in‑house experience or a marketing placement/year in industry will also be considered.
- Most importantly, you're keen to learn and want to build a career across both organic and paid social.
