We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to join Pivotal as an Embedded Talent Partner, working full time within one of our key clients. You will be fully seconded to the client while remaining a Pivotal employee, giving you the best of both worlds; working within a client's business to solve client hiring needs, with the full support and infrastructure of the Pivotal team.
Our Embedded model gives clients direct access to recruitment expertise while allowing you to build strong stakeholder relationships, improve hiring processes and deliver exceptional talent outcomes. This role is ideal for a Talent Partner or Talent Acquisition Manager with 2+ years experience in-house.
The Role:
- Act as the dedicated Talent Partner for one of our key clients - embedded directly into their business
- Own and deliver recruitment across multiple disciplines, most typically within marketing, digital, commercial, media and tech roles
- Manage the full recruitment process, from job briefing through to candidate selection, process management, offer and onboarding, acting as an in-house recruiter
- Build close relationships with hiring managers, business leaders and HR stakeholders
- Proactively pipeline talent, manage direct applications and improve the client’s overall hiring processes and candidate experience
- Deliver data-driven reporting and analytics, market insights and hiring forecasts to your client stakeholders
- Maintain regular communication with Pivotal leadership for guidance, development, and operational support
- Use AI tools and automation to streamline recruitment tasks and optimise outcomes for your client
- Support Pivotal’s wider Embedded and Recruitment team by sharing insights, learnings, and best practices
Your Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years’ in-house in a Talent Partner / Talent Acquisition role
- Media/Marketing recruitment experience is preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills and able to build credibility and influence hiring managers effectively
- Experience delivering a high volume of hires
- Comfortable operating as a trusted partner embedded within a client, handling direct hiring needs
- Strong organisational skills with experience reporting on hiring metrics and pipeline activity
- AI-forward mindset: ready to leverage new technology to enhance your workflow and delivery
- Commercial awareness and problem solving approach
