At Pivotal, we are growing our permanent recruitment division across two high growth markets: Client-Side Consumer Brands & Tech Scale-Ups. Whether you love working with agencies or partnering directly with brands, we have a warm desk ready for you to build and grow.

The Role

  • Build and manage your own permanent desk focusing on either agency-side or client-side.
  • Focus on recruiting mid-senior level marketing, media, creative, digital, ecommerce roles.
  • Leverage warm client relationships and unlock new business opportunities.
  • Run full-cycle recruitment: from briefing to placement.
  • Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to drive efficiencies and sharper candidate delivery.
  • Collaborate across the team to grow Pivotal’s client partnerships.

Your Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ agency recruitment experience within permanent recruitment.
  • Sector knowledge in marketing, media, ecommerce, or digital is preferred, but not essential.
  • A commercial and strategic mindset with the hustle to win business and grow accounts.
  • Confidence to sell into senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
  • Track record of building or scaling a successful desk independently.
  • Brings pace, energy, and urgency—thriving in a high-activity, performance-led culture.
  • Strong communicator with a relationship-first, consultative approach.
  • You embrace new technology and tools - especially AI and are excited by how platforms like ChatGPT can streamline tasks, sharpen messaging and elevate your impact.
