The Company
Our client is a high-growth B2B advertising and technology business specialising in data-driven, omni-channel activation, analytics, and lead generation solutions. They work with advertisers and agencies to help them reach highly specific audiences across multiple digital channels, using advanced data capabilities and next-generation identity and attribution methods. The business is scaling internationally across EMEA, the US, and APAC, and is building out its global commercial infrastructure to support ambitious growth plans.

The Opportunity
As part of this next phase of growth, our client is hiring a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to build and own their global sales enablement function. This is a highly visible, strategic role responsible for equipping international commercial teams with the training, tools, content, and processes they need to sell effectively, consistently, and at scale. You will work closely with senior commercial leadership, marketing, product, and customer teams to translate a complex, evolving proposition into clear, compelling sales materials and programmes that drive performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design, build, and deliver onboarding and training programmes for new commercial hires to accelerate ramp time.
  • Curate, create, organise, and continuously optimise all global sales collateral and enablement assets.
  • Simplify complex products and strategies into clear, customer-facing messaging and materials.
  • Create and standardise proposal and pitch templates used across EMEA, the US, and APAC.
  • Develop enablement processes that support the full sales cycle and improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Partner with sales leadership on strategic opportunities, owning “the deck” and overall proposal narrative.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure all materials reflect current messaging and roadmap priorities.
  • Collaborate with regional commercial leaders to ensure local market needs are reflected in enablement programmes and assets.
  • Track effectiveness of enablement initiatives, using insight and data to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years’ experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Account Management, or a closely related role.
  • Background in B2B media, SaaS, or technology environments is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience building and delivering sales enablement content and programmes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into compelling commercial narratives.
  • Excellent design sensibility and experience producing high-impact sales collateral.
  • Organised, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident working cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting international or multi-region sales teams is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable operating in a scaling business where solutions, messaging, and processes continue to evolve.
