A fast-growing, VC-backed global SaaS company is looking for a Product Marketing Lead to build and own the Product Marketing function as the business enters a major scale-up phase across Europe and the US. The company operates in one of the most legacy-heavy, complex areas of finance and compliance β and is transforming it with a modern, AI-powered, API-first platform used by some of the world's leading digital businesses. They have raised $85m to date, including a recent $60m Series B, backed by top-tier global investors.
The GTM organisation is scaling fast across Europe and the US, now moving from a narrowly defined ICP and ABM motion to a broader, enterprise-scale, multi-Persona GTM strategy and they need the right Product Marketer to architect and lead that evolution. If you want to shape the story of a company that is challenging legacy incumbents, redefining a category, and scaling globally this is that role.
Why this role stands out
- Build Product Marketing from the ground up β messaging, positioning, Personas, GTM frameworks, competitive intelligence and enablement
- Report directly into the VP of Marketing with high visibility across Product, Sales, Revenue Operations, Tax and Executive Leadership
- Lead the shift from a 'compliance-driven' story to a strategic business transformation narrative for CFO-level buyers
- High-impact individual contributor role initially, with potential to build a PMM team as value is proven
- Set the narrative and toolset used globally across Sales, SDRs, Marketing and Product
- Join a fast-paced, high-performance scale-up where ownership, experimentation and autonomy are expected and rewarded
What you'll be responsible for
- Building a cohesive, differentiated GTM narrative across products and market segments from scratch
- Developing Personas and value propositions for CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, Heads of Tax and Product teams
- Creating scalable enablement assets (decks, case studies, one-pagers, battlecards, objection handling frameworks)
- Owning competitive intelligence and positioning against legacy players in the space
- Partnering closely with Product, Sales, Marketing and Leadership to ensure message consistency
- Shaping product launches, pricing/packaging narrative and demand-driving storytelling
- Acting as the connective tissue across GTM β ensuring everyone is telling the same story, the same way
About you
You are a strategic, commercially minded Product Marketer with the ability to execute hands-on work at pace. You thrive in ambiguity, love building from zero, and can influence senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence. You'll also have:
- Strong B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience (ideally enterprise or upper mid-market)
- Experience building messaging frameworks, Personas and competitive positioning from scratch
- The ability to translate complex products into compelling value propositions for senior finance buyers
- A track record of owning GTM and driving cross-functional alignment
- Experience creating scalable enablement content for Sales and GTM teams
