Our client is a fast-scaling marketing technology business specialising in ecommerce performance. They’ve built a proprietary AI-powered ad optimisation platform that’s already delivering significant results for global brands. Now, they’re looking for their first dedicated Product Manager to take ownership of the roadmap, introduce process and structure, and help evolve the product into a category-leading solution.
The Opportunity
- Join a high-growth, innovation-led business where AI meets performance marketing.
- Own the product roadmap for a proprietary internal platform that combines ad optimisation, creative analytics, and generative AI creative tooling.
- Work directly with the CEO and technical leadership to scale a tool already proven in market, with the potential to commercialise as a SaaS product.
- Shape how AI-driven creative and campaign optimisation technology is used to drive ecommerce success.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Ownership
- Define and own the platform's roadmap – prioritising features that drive measurable performance gains.
- Partner with leadership to align product strategy with business growth objectives.
- Establish product management processes, from discovery to release.
- Delivery & Execution
- Translate vision into technical specifications, user stories, and sprint plans.
- Coordinate development (internal & external teams) and oversee QA standards.
- Manage backlog grooming, testing, and release planning.
- Data & Decision-Making
- Use performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and creative analytics to inform priorities.
- Monitor adoption, user feedback, and platform performance.
- Leverage AI/ML to enhance creative testing, fatigue prediction, and optimisation workflows.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the bridge between marketing teams and engineering.
- Train users, produce documentation, and support rollouts across the business.
Your Profile
- 5+ years’ product management experience (including 2+ in a senior or lead role).
- Track record with internal tools, B2B platforms, or SaaS products in adtech, martech, or ecommerce.
- Strong understanding of Meta & TikTok Ads, campaign optimisation, and creative testing.
- Technical fluency in Laravel/PHP, React/Vue, APIs, SQL.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools for marketing.
- Comfortable in high-velocity, low-structure environments.
- Excellent communicator, able to influence at all levels.
