Our client is a globally recognised travel brand with over 50 years of heritage, operating within a wider international travel group. Following a major brand repositioning and product transformation, they are investing heavily in direct-to-consumer growth and creator-led acquisition as a key pillar of their future strategy.
The Opportunity
Build and scale a creator, influencer and affiliate channel as a significant revenue-driving acquisition channel
Join at a pivotal stage following a major brand and product transformation
Own DTC growth initiatives with genuine autonomy to shape strategy and execution
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team
Work directly with senior leadership and influence business-wide growth initiatives
Play a key role in reducing reliance on traditional paid media channels
Responsibilities
Build and scale a creator, influencer and affiliate growth engine from the ground up
Own revenue performance across creator-led acquisition channels
Develop and manage commercial partnerships, affiliate programmes and creator relationships
Define commission structures, partnership frameworks and measurement approaches
Optimise channel performance against CPA, ROAS and revenue objectives
Work closely with paid media, content and brand teams to maximise channel impact
Identify new growth opportunities across social commerce and creator-led acquisition
Lead, coach and develop a team across performance marketing, content and social
Your Profile
Proven experience building and scaling creator, influencer or affiliate channels
Strong commercial mindset with ownership of revenue, acquisition or growth targets
Hands-on operator who enjoys building channels rather than simply managing agencies
Experience working within DTC, ecommerce, travel, lifestyle or consumer-focused businesses
Comfortable balancing strategy with day-to-day execution
Previous team leadership or management experience
Strong understanding of attribution, CPA, ROAS and performance marketing fundamentals
Passion for travel, consumer brands and high-growth environments
