Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + bonus

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Our client is a globally recognised travel brand undergoing a major transformation, with significant investment into creator-led growth as a core part of its future DTC strategy. With a strong international presence and highly engaged customer base, they are now looking to build creator, influencer and affiliate partnerships into a meaningful revenue-driving channel.

The Opportunity

  • Join at a pivotal stage as the business scales creator-led acquisition globally

  • Blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution across influencer, creator and affiliate partnerships

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale creator, influencer and affiliate partnerships as a core acquisition channel
  • Develop commercially driven partnership strategies focused on revenue generation
  • Identify, onboard and grow high-performing creator and affiliate relationships
  • Own performance measurement across CPA, ROI, CAC and revenue contribution
  • Work cross-functionally with growth, brand and wider commercial teams
  • Develop scalable frameworks for testing, optimisation and long-term channel growth
  • Remain hands-on across execution, partnerships and performance analysis

Your Profile

  • Strong experience across creator, influencer, affiliate or partnerships marketing
  • Likely background within DTC, ecommerce, subscription, travel or high-growth consumer brands
  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics
  • Experience building or scaling channels/programmes from the ground up
  • Comfortable operating within lean, fast-moving environments
  • Hands-on operator with a builder mentality and collaborative working style
