The Company

A category-leading scale-up redefining personalized health and beauty.

The Opportunity

This is a high-visibility, strategic role overseeing the full channel mix, managing relationships with product teams, guiding experimentation, and ensuring that acquisition produces quality signups rather than focusing only on signup volume; the role also manages a central channel team serving all business units. The business has grown in double digits since it started and has plans for international expansion and additional business-unit verticals - your work will achieve a huge impact for the business, even in just one year, and help in-house teams prioritize and navigate changing ways of working.

The role will focus on the UK P&L and have some involvement with German Market Expansion. However, the people management aspect will be with managed team members working across all business units (i.e. all brands in the portfolio).

Experience:

  • You must have recent experience at an online DTC or ECom brand where LTV is the most important metric. This does not have to be at a subscription brand (but this is a strong plus).
  • We think the hire is sitting InHouse at a Consumer brand in sectors such as FMCG, Beauty and Personal Care, Fashion etc.

Data Acumen and Analytical Mindset:

You have the ability to assess data accuracy and identify problems and you're confident in turning raw performance data into actionable growth insights. We encourage AI supported analysis but you must have the ability to also challenge AI-supported analysis.

Experimentation Led:

Testing is your default and you are able to explain how you broadly structure testing programmes - especially in support of protecting LTV metrics.

Pivotal is an equal opportunities employer and we encourage applications regardless of ethnic origin, race, religious beliefs, age, disability, gender or sexual orientation, and any other protected status as required by applicable law.
