The Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Own and optimise paid acquisition activity across key digital channels, with a strong focus on Meta.
- Build, test, and improve Shopify landing pages to maximise conversion performance.
- Develop and manage email and SMS automation programmes.
- Drive creative testing and collaborate with external creative partners.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement improvements quickly.
- Support additional channels including Google Ads, Amazon, and emerging acquisition opportunities.
Your Profile
- Experience delivering growth within a DTC, consumer, or eCommerce environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise in paid social and performance marketing.
- Comfortable owning the full customer journey, from acquisition through to retention.
- Commercially focused, with a strong understanding of CAC, LTV, and scalable growth models.
- Naturally proactive, adaptable, and energised by fast-paced, entrepreneurial businesses.
- Embraces AI and modern marketing technology to improve efficiency and performance.
