Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the Shopify website, improving customer experience and conversion performance.
- Own the email marketing programme, including campaigns, automations, segmentation, and reporting.
- Maintain digital brand assets and ensure consistency across all online touchpoints.
- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and wider digital marketing initiatives.
- Analyse performance data and provide actionable recommendations to drive growth.
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver commercial objectives.
Your Profile
- 3-5 years' experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or a related consumer brand environment.
- Hands‑on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of conversion and customer journey optimisation.
- Strong copywriting and content management skills.
- Comfortable using analytics and performance data to inform decisions.
- Proactive, organised, and excited by the pace of a scaling business.
