The Opportunity
- Lead global and international DTC engagement marketing for a high-profile consumer brand
- Own customer engagement strategy across multiple markets, including the UK and Europe
- Play a pivotal role in shaping how CRM and lifecycle marketing drives long-term growth
- Operate at the intersection of brand, product, data and commercial performance

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end CRM campaigns across email and SMS, from planning to optimisation
- Drive engagement, retention, win-back, NPS and customer lifetime value
- Lead experimentation, segmentation and personalisation using customer data and insights
- Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Product, Analytics and Growth teams
- Act as the local engagement lead, connecting international markets with global strategy
Your Profile
- Proven experience leading CRM and engagement marketing in a DTC or subscription business
- Strong data literacy with confidence using analytics to inform decisions
- Hands-on experience with modern CRM platforms and automated lifecycle flows
- Comfortable working across geographies with senior global stakeholders
- Customer-obsessed, commercially minded and confident owning complex initiatives
