An exciting Client Leadership Business Director role has arisen at a top network media agency to take ownership of a huge gaming client. Reporting into senior agency leadership, this role will drive strategic direction and transformation across a large, digitally mature brand portfolio.
You will provide strong leadership, build senior stakeholder influence, and champion the integration of data, technology and ecommerce to deliver measurable business results and lead on award winning work. The role is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract and therefore requires someone to be able to start at short notice.
Key Responsibilities- Define the vision for the client team and lead from the front
- Build trusted senior client relationships and increase agency influence
- Lead transformation initiatives, activating capabilities across media, data and tech
- Drive effective client growth, retention and satisfaction plans
- Translate complex business challenges into actionable media/data strategies
- Identify opportunities to bring in specialists to unlock new revenue streams
- Partner effectively with internal stakeholders across the network
- Encourage knowledge sharing and team connection
- Direct line management of the leadership group
- Experienced client lead with a track record managing senior relationships and large accounts from a media agency setting
- Skilled in resource planning for multi-disciplinary teams
