An award-winning independent media agency are seeking an experienced Account Director to join their integrated planning team. This is a senior client leadership role focused on delivering strategic, cross-channel media campaigns for a range of well-known brands.

As Account Director you will lead integrated media planning activity across several client accounts, ensuring campaigns are strategically strong, commercially effective and delivered to a high standard. Alongside this you will be managing key stakeholder relationships and supporting junior team development.

  • Lead best-in-class integrated media planning across several key accounts
  • Support measurement frameworks and performance analysis
  • Present campaign strategies, rationale and performance updates clearly and confidently
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and drive account growth
  • Mentor and support junior team members

5+ years’ experience within a media agency environment

Strong client Leadership & Planning experience

Excellent understanding of both digital and offline media channels

Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
