Remote-first (MUST BE UK BASED AND HAVE FULL RTW)

Our client is the UK's fastest-growing vitamin brand — scaling rapidly across Amazon, D2C, and retail, with a community of over 1.5 million health-conscious consumers and a clear strategic path to becoming a generational wellness brand.

The opportunity

  • Own the entire creative strategy for paid media — Meta, TikTok, Google, and Amazon — from first concept to final optimisation.
  • Join at a genuine inflection point: the brand has momentum, but the creative function is yours to shape from the ground up.
  • A remote-first culture with flexible hours, a learning and development budget, and performance-based bonus.
  • Work at the intersection of creative and performance — this role demands both, and rewards both equally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative strategy across paid channels — ideating concepts, writing scripts, and overseeing production end-to-end.
  • Brief and manage freelancers, designers, and video editors to deliver assets on time and on brand.
  • Implement a rigorous testing programme to identify top-performing creatives and optimise messaging by audience and channel.
  • Analyse creative performance metrics and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Present insights to stakeholders and maintain a tight feedback loop between creative and performance teams.

Your profile

  • 3+ years in a creative advertising role, ideally within DTC, a start-up, or a performance-focused creative agency OR in a copywriting role where you are writing for paid social ads.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a portfolio of high-performing ads to back them up.
  • Systematic approach to creating a repeatable and scalable process for coming up with personas, hooks and formats.
  • Data-led mindset: comfortable with A/B testing and turning performance data into creative decisions.
  • An ownership mentality — you drive projects forward independently and hold yourself to a high standard.
