The Opportunity

  • Join a high-impact Strategy team at a pivotal stage of UK and US expansion
  • Operate in a genuine strategic “playground” with direct access to BI and data science
  • Build tailored, insight-led frameworks rather than standardised media plans
  • Influence how the Strategy function evolves as the business scales
  • Lead and mentor a growing team while owning senior strategic output

Responsibilities

  • Interrogate briefs to uncover brand friction and growth opportunities
  • Identify and assess viable datasets to inform strategic solution design
  • Collaborate with BI and data teams to structure meaningful data approaches
  • Craft compelling strategic narratives and client-ready responses
  • Contribute to post-campaign learning, measurement and optimisation thinking
  • Support case studies, award entries and thought leadership initiatives

Your Profile

  • Strong strategic grounding with diverse exposure across brands, categories or markets
  • Likely from an independent agency, or a network group working across multiple brands or multi-market accounts
  • Highly data literate, able to translate insight into commercial action
  • Confident presenter with experience influencing senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable mentoring others within a fast-paced environment
